I believe all children can learn and a good teacher is adaptable and open. Students have individual and unique learning styles and a teacher must be able to differentiate a lesson as best they can according to that students need. I also believe in experiential learning whenever possible and believe that travel can be the best teacher!

I grew up in French immersion schools. This steered me towards my Bachelor’s Degree in English with a minor in French. I also received my Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a focus in grades 4 – 12.

I have teaching experience in both an International Baccalaureate School and the Public School system.

I enjoy being outdoors, soccer, volleyball and coaching. I like discussing topics with friends over coffee and visiting different cities. I have lived in a few different countries in the past and enjoy traveling.
