I believe education is the key to succeed in this world. That old saying is true;”Knowledge is power.” Without an education, one cannot go far in life in today’s age. I am passionate about education and working with children to help them achieve academic success.

I graduated from Indiana State University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. I am currently attending graduate school and pursuing my Master’s in social work.

While in college, I volunteered in an after-school programs. I also have experience as a teacher’s assistant.

In college, I was involved in the Gamma Phi Beta sorority. I was also in band and choir from middle school through college. Today I am involved in a square dance club.
