EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
I believe all students can learn when they are equipped with the tools that they need. The teacher, through effective modeling and instruction, provides the students with these tools.
A good teacher will learn the needs of her students and use instructional methods that will ensure that their students grasp the skills being taught. Finally, it is also the teacher’s responsibility to motivate, and encourage students to be the best they can be.
