- New Paperless Systems - All school related fees for the Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan Public Schools will be payable online with a new educational software intended to aid the district in going paperless. Previously, parents paid by cash and check for items such as registration, school lunches, field trips, sports events and transportation services.
