Brooklyn Park District and Curriculum
The Osseo Area School District publishes its “Points of Pride” each year, outlining areas for which they are proud of the improvement and development of both students and teachers. - Local Assistant Principal Honored - Toni Beckler, assistant principal of Woodland Elementary School in Brooklyn Park, has been named Minnesota's 2013 National Outstanding Principal. Cited in her list of achievements were her focus on child-centered decision making and her ability to find solutions to any issue that might present itself. The Osseo Area School District is quite proud of her recognition.

With areas such as the Visual and Performing Arts, Science and Technology, Health Science, and International Studies, there is a program for all interests.
- Volunteer Opportunities - Throughout the district, parents are invited to volunteer their time to help students learn. Volunteers work in classrooms, can help out with a range of duties around the school, and may serve on Advisory Committees which steer district-level educational planning.
