Chalk Talk: The Importance of Physical Education
Students learn a great deal from Physical Education, beyond how to play sports. Children learn the importance of exercise, which is essential for health and physical well-being. Besides being important, children learn that exercise can be fun as well. They also learn to cooperate with others in small and large groups. Many P.E. courses cover health and safety issues which adds to the child’s personal education.
