Children in Craig, Colorado attend the Moffat County School District RE-1. It is the only district in Moffat County, and serves approximately 2,400 students in pre-kindergarten through the twelfth grade. The Moffat County School District has devised a well-formed curriculum that provides learning opportunities in a host of content areas. Among them is health and physical education, which is far more than learning how to play team sports or learning about CPR. Students develop skills that will help them make healthy decisions, resist peer pressure, and understand their emotions and behaviors.
Students in Craig have the opportunity to learn about science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) in an environment that combines these closely related subject areas.
