I truly believe in the statement “knowledge is power”. I believe the more education and experience you have, the farther you will get professionally. It is important to establish some sort of discipline with learning early in life, in order to have determination to work hard in the future. Every child should have the chance to reach their goals.
I see mathematics as a beautiful, exciting, and incredibly effective in applications. As a math teacher, I aim to perpetuate knowledge and inspire learning. I believe that students need a secure, caring and a stimulating atmosphere to grow and mature intellectually, physically, emotionally and socially. To this end, as an educator acting as a guide and promoting respect for all. I help each student to discover and develop his or her potential to the fullest by providing a safe, supporting risk-taking environment.
I believe that all chidren can learn. Each child has something unique and special about them. Its up to us as teachers to channel that unique thing and use it as a base to provide fun learning for every child.
