Chalk Talk: The Importance of Feedback

Feedback is crucial to effective student learning. It helps students and teachers see where the student is succeeding and where the student needs extra help. Offering feedback helps students to take ownership of their learning and complete assignments independently. Furthermore, feedback addresses any gaps that could potentially hinder later learning. If your student is not receiving timely feedback from teachers, take the time to address the issue with the teacher. Almost every teacher would gladly give you the information you seek.
