Menifee District and Curriculum
The curriculum used in the schools of Menifee provides a standards-based framework for what students should know and be able to do within each subject. In Math and Language Arts, the Common Core Standards provide this framework. Each subject is organized into major areas of content learning and those areas are supported by sub-skills that build the skills for broad understanding.

Social Studies, History, Languages, the Sciences and other subjects and programs provide curriculum that similarly describe the major learning areas of the subject and the skills involved. When students progress in their learning and choose to enter a specialized program or a small-school model, the curriculum provide a similar framework and introduce other subject matters into the teaching of the content.
