Chalk Talk: The Importance of Music
Children experience a range of emotions as they grow up. As they grow up, and listen to and identify with different songs, they will have a format to think about their feelings. The music can help a young person deal with some feelings or emotions and use it as a point of growth. It can make a child feel like they are not alone and are able to relate to others. Listening to music with your child is a great way to connect. Music is a wonderful gift that was given to this world and through the use of music as a therapy tool your child can find comfort and increase their attention and focus.
