My goal as a teacher is to not only educate but inspire so that the desire to learn is not overshadowed by a fear of change. Not all students learn the name. Therefore not all delivery should be the same. Each individual student deserves to have an educational program tailored to fit their unique needs.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a minor in History and Criminal Justice from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Special Education from Texas A&M University.
I have 14 years experience in various realms of education including Life Skills, co-teaching, inclusion, resource, and college.
I coached my campus’ 3rd grade UIL spelling team to a district title in 2013. Previously I’ve served as cheer coach for several campus’, including a squad that achieved 6th in the nation at competition.
