My professional success can be attributed to personal, action-based research based on specific needs of students being serviced through my support. Through my experiences, I have found the self- fulfilling prophecy to make the greatest impact. If students are held accountable for reaching their greatest potential they will indeed rise to those expectations as long as the proper support systems are in place while they do so.
I have taught in both rural, suburban, and city school districts. In addition to teaching students, I have also provided professional development to teachers locally and at large conventions as well.
