EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
believe it is my responsibility as an educator to mold my students into responsible and productive leaders. I believe that a one size fits all teaching style does not work for all.
Different students have different learning styles, which need to be addressed. Some students may be visual learners, some may be auditory learners, some may be hands on learners, etc. Incorporating technology while learning is definitely a plus point. It is important to be able to identify each student’s strengths, weaknesses and interests, so that the student can be helped the most.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and two Master’s Degrees. My first was in Teaching and the second in Psychology. I am a certified teacher in the state of New York.
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been teaching in schools and tutoring for the last five years. I have also taught online as well.
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
I am very involved at the college I teach helping students in various clubs and performances.
