I am a lifelong learner, and as such it is my role to ensure my students develop a passion for learning. As a teacher of diverse learners it is imperative to be familiar with a variety of teaching methodologies with students. Teacher’s should embrace the diversity and uniqueness of each student, and encourage positive self-esteem.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Windsor, with a major in History and a minor in Classical Studies. I obtained my teaching degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University in Wales. I have also completed an Additional Qualification course in Math (part 1) from the University of Queens.

I have completed a two year contract teaching grade four and five students. I also have experience teaching ESL.

I enjoy outdoor activities, including hiking, trekking and camping. I have traveled to many countries in Europe and South East Asia. At my previous school I assisted in coaching the junior soccer team after school.
