Every student is special. Each contain unique learning styles and strengths. As educators, our purpose is to cultivate these strengths and overcome areas of weakness. Through positive reinforcement and utilizing a wide range of teaching techniques, educators can enable students to achieve goals and empower them to reach for the stars!

I graduated with a degree in Journalism and mass communication. Not long afterwards, I obtained my substitute teaching certificate. I soon realized my passion for teaching and have been dedicated to teaching for the last 7 years.

I have spent the last 5 years as a substitute teacher at the county school system.

I spend my spare time reading and enjoying nature with my son. I volunteer my time assisting low income students with school supplies and clothing. I have also assisted a local women’s shelter with donation drives to provide birthday parties for children living at the shelter.
