I believe that every child should have equal opportunity to learn. Every child learns differently, so teachers should be adaptable to their students’ various styles of learning. Every student has the right to an education; and every teacher has an obligation to his/her student. Quality education leads to qualified individuals.
I have earned a Master of Business Administration, which I completed in hopes to broaden my knowledge. Prior to that, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Elementary Education. I studied multiple subjects related to educating others, including many Psychology and Sociology courses.
I have experience as a substitute teacher for grades K-8, Phonics tutoring for a kindergarten student, and more than ten years of Sunday school teaching experience.
I am actively involved in my local church as a Sunday school teacher. I am also the Director of the Bible quizzing program. I coach children ages 8 to 12 for about 8 months of each year. I love working with children.
