I always strive to identify the root cause of my student’s difficulty and tailor my approach according to the specific needs of the pupil. I enjoy teaching in a highly interactive, two-way learning environment with the aim of equipping the student with all the tools required to overcome any potential learning challenges. Given the duration of tutoring, my objective is to improve the student’s letter grade by at least two levels.
I am currently pursuing my PhD in Management at Carleton University in Canada. Previously, I earned my Masters of Business Administration and Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, followed by a university teaching career. I am specialized in tutoring courses in math (Algebra, Calculus, Statistics), physics (mechanics, electromagnetism, etc.) from high-school to undergraduate level.
I have been teaching and tutoring since 1999 in different parts of the world including North America. I have extensive experience of teaching students from diverse educational backgrounds and in a group or one-to-one setting. I have tutored students in person as well as online through video conferencing.
I enjoy swimming, working out at the gym, reading novels and watching movies based on those novels. My extracurricualr activities also entail learning new languages. In a way, I am a language enthusiast with special interest in etymology of words.
