I believe that all students can learn given the opportunity, educational resources, and time to do so. If students are struggling, appropriates intervention measures should be in place to help students succeed in their mathematics classes. Technology can be helpful to improve student understanding but, I firmly students should have an individual to assist them when they are having conceptual issues with a subject area.
