EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
My teaching philosophy focuses on student success through an innovative, safe and inclusive learning environment. Student success will be promoted through self-motivation, creativity and dedication, preparing them for the fast-paced, ever-changing world.
Through my experiences, I have had the chance to teach a diverse group of students with a variety of learning styles, needs and exceptionalities. I have gained in-depth knowledge of accommodation for different styles of learners and incorporating effective methods to meet students unique needs through my teaching experiences and through various current professional developments.
I encourage student learning by incorporating creative learning centers, various forms of technology, inquiry based hands-on activities, and fun manipulatives. These methods are proven to stimulate students’ social, emotional, physical and academic growth.
