I believe that children/students learn by example. As an educator and mother, I am a firm believer that a child’s potential is greater than what they expect. Each child is unique and has their own style of learning. It is my goal to find that style within the student and help them grow from it.
I graduated from high school with a normal educational diploma. I went to college when my daughter was in 6th grade and have received my degrees in Elementary Education, Psychology and my Masters in Special Education. I have also tutored one on one for several years in all subjects.
I have taught for more than 5 years. I started teaching K4, and have taught up to 12th students who needed extra one on one help in certain subjects. I taught a combined class of 3rd & 4th graders for a year in the same classroom. Teaching not only is my job but also my passion.
I am a volunteer Fire fighter for my county. I love the learning experience and enjoy helping people.
