EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
I prefer a mixture of didactic and intense discussion. If possible, I follow the medical education philosophy of:
1) Learn it.
2) Do it.
3) Teach it.
1) Learn it.
2) Do it.

I also believe each student learns differently and that it is up to the instructor to adapt appropriately.
