By their very nature, people are inquisitive. The goal of education should be to encourage seeking answers, as it is in this way that we advance. I seek to facilitate this advancement of knowledge, and the main theme of my teaching philosophy is reasoned thought.

I have an associates degree in Counseling theory as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. I received deans list honors and carried a 3.7 Cumulative GPA.

During the past two summers I have assisted teachers in the science and technology summer programs within the public school system. I have also been a part of the junior achievement program since 2008 and I am a registered substitute teacher.

I have 6+ years experience as an elementary cheer leading coach and two years experience as a Varsity Cheer coach. I am a the treasurer of My daughter’s school’s PTO board.
