I believe that the most effective way to teach a new student a skill is by being patient but also efficient. Students tend to get frustrated when they do not understand something, or are having a difficult time grasping a concept. However, I believe anyone can learn anything, with patience.

I have a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Maryland. I made academic honors during my time in university then I went on to acquire a law degree. However teaching English and writing is my passion and I want to share this with my students.

I have been tutoring for over ten years now and enjoy working with students of all ages, especially younger children.

I enjoy reading and writing. I write for a prestigious news paper and have several short stories published. I enjoy the creative process and would like to share this with my students.

I believe that one can accomplish anything once they have set their mind to it, but it requires hard work, patience and perseverance.
