Beyond striving to ensure that students learn the fundamental content of the material I teach, my objectives as a educator is to foster critical thinking skills; facilitate the acquisition of lifelong learning skills; to help students develop problem-solving strategies.

I obtained a Master of Education in 2012 after completion of Dual Bachelors in Criminal Justice (2002) and Nursing (1997). I obtained my High School Diploma in 1992. I am a life long learner. I intend to complete my PhD in the future.

I have had 3 years as a Primary grade Educatorl; 11 years as Secondary Educator for an alternative/ trade school for Certified Nursing and 4 years as a research assistant at California State University, San Bernardino.

I teach Extended Learning Opportunities in multiple grades. I have coached Fast Pitch softball for almost 20 years, and play on a co-ed adult league. I am an avid spectator for basketball, volleyball, and show jumping competitions.
