I believe that all children have the desire and ability to learn. My role as a teacher is to help foster this desire and facilitate opportunities for students to demonstrate their ability. All students deserve the freedom and confidence to wonder and question. As a teacher I have the privilege to enable student growth as learners, citizens and individuals.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in History from Trent University and my Education Degree from Queen’s University. I am qualified to teach K-10.

I have worked as an Occasional Teacher for the past 2 years. I have also worked as a tutor for many years.

I coach under seven community soccer. I also run and coach the local university fencing team in the three traditional weapons. I also crochet a variety of different items, read and paint.
