EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
Students learn in different ways and are successful in different ways. Some students are visual learners, some auditory and others kinesthetic learners. Students need to be given multiple avenues of learning experiences.
Students also need to be shown in steps and in multiple ways what the lesson is about, be allowed to explore and work with the lesson hands on, with partners, in groups and individually. For example in a math lesson, the teacher can be modeling a math problem on the board while students are working out the problem on personal white boards.
