EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
Constructivism is an approach to learning that sees knowledge as a process. I believe that students build their own knowledge through their many experiences and pedagogy should be informed by this process. It is my role to ensure that I am meeting all students at their experiential level despite the challenges that come with such diversity.
On the other hand, structured learning is far more effective for some students. I believe in taking the philosophical approach that best meets the needs of the population that I am working with.
