My ultimate goal is for my students to understand and enjoy what they are learning. I do not want them to just memorize information, but for them to understand it and for them to be able to explain it as if they were the teachers. I want my students to have the thirst and love for knowledge that I have. My educational philosophy revolves around my students and the progress they will make.

My educational background is a long one. I went to a private school for math and sciences at a young age till sixth grade, where I attended a public school. I graduated with a honor’s diploma and went to the University of Nevada, Reno. I now continue my educational career in the hopes of soon having my masters in Secondary Education and Mathematics.

I have tutored all different types of grade levels from first grade to Calculus III at the college level. I have tutored Math in all of it’s forms.

I play sports, and enjoy any physical activities. I do not play on any official teams, since I am not outstanding in any. I play Basketball, Track, and Volleyball for fun and to keep myself active.

I received a score of 28 on my ACT exam.
