My educational philosophy is to view each student’s learning ability as individualistic based on the child’s physical learning capabilities, existing academic foundation, determination to learn, and community/cultural/religious influence. I feel a good teach exercises patience and balances rigidity with fun.

I graduated in June 2008 with a B.S. from UC Irvine in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology. I am presently obtaining a second Bachelors degree from CSU San Marcos in Nursing.

I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, hiking, craft making, bugging my husband, and learning how to cook! I like to spend time with my 17-year old cat, Comel.
