Every student should have access to the necessary tools to do their best. I plan to provide my students with all of these tools. This includes my support, guidance, motivation to teach, and differentiated instruction.

I have a Master’s of Education from University of Maryland, with a graduating GPA of 3.9. I studied topics such as Minority and Urban Education, Curriculum and Instruction, and Education Leadership. I also have a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from University of Maryland.

I have taught in elementary schools for several years. During my teaching I have been made teacher leader, due to my excellent performance and leadership qualities. I have also had the opportunity to intern in various schools, which has helped me experience various teaching and learning styles.

As a teacher I have led second and third grade teachers (Team Leader)on anti-bullying campaigns, and culture day events. I have also created third grade Language Arts curriculum.
