EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
I believe that students should be provided with an inclusive welcoming environment where they can have the opportunity to grow to their full potential. Both their strengths and areas of need should be focused on. I believe that students grow best in learning environments that encourage student inquiry, educators apply pedagogy and learning is differential.
As an educator I believe it is essential to know how to plan and implement curriculum that supports the different learning styles. As each student learns differently and the way I teach must meet the needs of each student so that they can be provided with vast amount of opportunities to learn. I believe is scaffolding and building on the students interest and having the students engaged and actively participating.
