I believe that all students can be successful in school and life. The biggest key is having someone that wants you to have success. I desire to be that teacher for my students.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in English Education from Taylor University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. I have also completed classes in special education, as well as classes beyond a Master’s degree. I am a certified teacher in Ohio.

I have over 16 years of classroom experience teaching English. I have taught classes from college level (I taught College Writing courses for three years), AP, as well as regular and remedial courses.

I played college basketball at Taylor University and have coached basketball, football, and track at the high school as well as middle school level. Currently I enjoy working out, walking, and lifting weights.
