Teaching is the road to success for everyone. My goal as an educator is to foster a love of life long learning while helping each student achieve his or her immediate successes in their subjects. I take the time to analyze every student’s specific needs and to help him make personal goals. I like learning to be fun.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Pennsylvania State University with a minor in Health Education. I am a certified teacher in Georgia.
I have taught in the private classroom since February 1997. I have also tutored privately. In my most recent education experience, I have worked predominantly with students that have required differentiated instruction. My expertise is in middle and secondary science and mathematics.
My most favorite educational experience has been working with underprivileged students with no where to go but up.
I am physically active with running and swimming. I have had many musical opportunities. I have been a girl scout troup leader. I have led a PTO for parents of special needs students.
