I believe every child can learn, as an educator it is my responsibility to discover how each one of them learns. We too often look for the excuse as to why a student struggles, when we need to be looking for answers on how they can succeed. As a highly qualified, certified teacher in the state of Arizona I love to see people believe in themselves and to watch them grow.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Wayland Baptist University in Elementary Education, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, and I am currently enrolled with the Grand Canyon University working on my Doctorate Degree in Education.

I have taught children all subject areas between the ages of 7-13, I have been a teacher for over 7 years. I enjoy teaching math and reading most of all but I can legally teach any subject.

I enjoy hiking, I belong to the County S.T.E.M Professional Learning Community and I like to read.I have an 11 year old son who keeps me busy with his school, friends and extracurricular activities. When I am not busy with my son or my class, I have my husband to keep me entertained.
