Students have to experience success. This is done by recognizing strengths and needs of each individual student. Once you know a student you can challenge and motivate them, while working towards eventual interdependence.

I was a good student athlete and graduated with a BA in history and education. I have received endorsements in Special Education and math. I did my graduate work at the University of South Florida in special education.

I have taught every subject area, to every level of student and coached for many years. When I stopped, I did tutoring for 10 years and worked with many on-line programs and institutions.

I coached for 20 years from the college level down to the middle school. I was a student athlete in college and received accolades. I was the Graduate assistant football coach. I have also coached wrestling and track. I worked on the school improvement team, which raised our school grade from “D” to an “A” for three consecutive years.
