My education philosophy is based on giving the students what they need to be successful in the classroom. In order to do so, one must discover the performance gap and creating a plan and tools that will allow for them to succeed.
Not all students learn the same way. It is up to the teacher to discover and support the learner and provide them with the knowledge they require to be successful.
Once this takes place, the student can do anything if they have the right support and confidence.
