EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
I believe that all children are capable of learning no matter their background or circumstances. Children need a trustworthy, respectful, and caring teacher in order to feel safe and learn to their greatest potential. They also need to be in a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment in order to be successful. A teacher needs to have high expectations and a positive attitude. A successful teacher will reach a child where he/she is at and teach according to his/her abilities.
