While multiplying fractions, the product of the numerators forms the numerator of the resultant fraction and the product of the denominators forms the denominator of the final fraction.
Division of fractions
As we know division is opposite of multiplication so is the division of fractions. To divide by a fraction invert the second fraction and multiply with the first fraction. Simplify the result if needed.
