The way I over came self- doubt was my art teacher. I loved to draw and always like to doodle in my classes. I would always show him good or bad. He would always give me great tips and ways to make my drawings better. When other kids would laugh, he would just tell me ways to improve the simplicity of the drawing. He told me that “the one time that you will always regret is not trying on what you believe in.” Whenever I had doubted myself in the way I thought or do, I would always go back to what he had told me that day on not giving up. Even when I had gone to high school, I would always go back to my middle school and see if he was there and show him my artworks I had done. Every time he looked he would be happy of how much I had improved over the years from being his student.
