In a research lab in Colorado Springs, Mr. Tesla is working diligently to record his latest findings for the day. Awkwardly shifting and pacing between the floor and the world’s greatest prodigal genius, I politely intrude by chanting, “Mr. Tesla, sir, could we chat over some boiled spinach and mashed potatoes?” Within a brevity, his swift hand, with pen intact, stops. The genius rises from his desk and perks. “Almost certainly, however our discussion must be short,” Nikola Tesla replies. From there on, our dinner and conference would begin in a dimly lit room.
To summarize the excerpt above, I wish to have dinner with the man who began his career as Edison’s assistant but later invented the alternating current, X-rays, radio, the remote control, electric motor, laser technology, and the wireless telegraph. Estimated to have an intelligence quota of two hundred, he is, the one and only, Nikola Tesla.
I’ve chosen to have dinner with Mr. Tesla because I am inquisitive about his unfinished research. I’ve read several articles regarding the conspiracy that Tesla had patented a circuit, called the Tesla Coil, whose purpose is to receive cosmic waves and
convert the Earth into a powerhouse for free energy. However, after Tesla’s death, it is said that the remnants of his research were confiscated by the U.S. Government. If such a story is true, I’d hope to unravel Tesla’s secrets and sets the facts straight.
Although I have other topics on my radar, the gist of my interview with Tesla would be questions regarding the validity of the Tesla Coil. Hypothetically, it would enable anyone to drive a conductive pole into the ground and receive free electric power. To this effect, I would ask Tesla to explain everything about his most significant scientific findings in the potentiality that humanity is missing out on something revolutionary.
In conclusion, I prompt Nikola Tesla to address the free-energy theory despite the lack of substantial evidence. Nevertheless, I would still inquire about the probability that Earth is capable of generating free, obtainable, electricity. In the occurrence that it is feasible, I believe it may just abolish civilizations’ socio-economic distinctions by diffusing monopolistic control over electric utilities, and liberating economically suppressed individuals.
