In high school, I learned the most from math. The math teachers that I have had throughout high school helped shape who I am today. I learned the most from life lessons my teachers taught me using math. I also learned how to solve problems, math and life problems. Math has taught that there is always a way, whether or not you can see it right away.
The math teachers that I have had throughout high school are the reason I want to further my education by educating others. My goal after college is to become a special education teacher. My math teachers that I have had in high school have helped me make my goal by helping me through many different ways. I want to impact students’ life’s the way I have been impacted by my teachers.
Math has taught me how to solve problems. I believe that I am a very good problem solver, whether it is in math class or personal life. Solving a math problem is like solving a problem in your life. One wants to read the problem, or understand what the problem is. Then separate the different parts of the problem so it is easier to understand. I believe math can help can others with their problems also.
Math has taught me that if there is a will, there is a way. Some math problems I have faced are not knowing how to do a problem, forgetting how to do the problem, or thinking there is no way to do the problem. I have always been able to go to my teachers for help.
Math has shaped my education in a way that makes me want to continue my education by educating others. I believe that there is never too much education. Math has helped me become who I am today.
