As soon as school started, I glanced at my schedule coming to find out that I’ve an economics class with one of the most difficult teachers in school. Walking into that new class I didn’t know what to expect from the class nor the teacher. It was a brand new year and I was going to strive to do my very best in class while trying extra hard not to fail the class that I needed the most to graduate. In due time the year begins to progress, therefore I would study for the numerous of economics tests and would still fail just really didn’t understand why everything was just so hard. As a result of getting bad grades I would go to church every Sunday upset about that class and my uncle, which is the pastor would ask me what was wrong with me. I would explain to him how the teacher Mrs. Martin was different from the other teachers and that she would do things really different from work to how she would grade tests. Especially them chapter tests everyone would have different versions, so that there would be no cheating which I found funny. Basically, I found economics to be extremely hard and that I started to lose faith in myself that I couldn’t succeed no matter how hard I tried or studied for a test that was coming up in a week. Frequently, my uncle would say just keep striving to do your best I’m sure you’ll make it and past her class at the end of the semester. Although my experience in that class was mighty difficult and I have no regrets because I learned that everything isn’t going to always go my way in life and that I need to make the best of it going forward in my future. The class really affected me badly causing me to think in my mind to never give up when the journey gets hard.
